| The Famitsu, a gaming magazine, asked its readers on their website, whcih console they played most over the holidays. Surpisingly enough, two Nintendo consoles placed at the top of the list.

| Final Fantasy XII Revenant Wings for the Nintendo DS is coming soon. Even thought Final Fantasy XII came out for the Sony playstation 2 just months ago, the successor is on its way.

| Following the trend, new games were added today to the Virtual Console list. The three games were originally on the Super Nintendo, Turbografx-16, and the Sega Genesis.

Driven by the success of the Nintendo Wii, Nintendo's earnings increased since last year's report. Due to the substantial increase in profits, Nintendo's stocks have hit a 52 week high of 34,150 yen or $281.114.
Their stock has raised 113% over the last year.

| On January 26th Nintendo launched its third Wii channel. It follows the Weather Channel and beta Internet Channel. The interface is similar to the weather channel with buttons for scrolling through the latest headlines. Also an icon shows up over the country in whch the news story takes place in, there is is a zoom feature.

| Since the Virtual Console was launched a little more than two months ago, it has had continously strong sales. With an array of NES, S-NES, N64, TurboGrafx-16 and SEGA Genesis titles, the Virtual Console is a big part of Nintendo's game plan.
