Metroid Prime 3 Trailer Released
Posted by kenada on 25 Nov 2006

The video in question is barely 40 seconds long, but gives you a glimpse of some fast-paced and exciting Sci-Fi action situated in and around a selection of extremely eye-catching and attractive environments. Alongside these palate drenching clips are a couple of shots demonstrating some of the new benefits of the Wiimote. Various publications (both online and off) have been praising the seamless integration of the Wii's motion sensory capabilities and waxing lyrical about its accuracy and usefulness. Fans of the series, prepare to drool uncontrollably (and not because of Samus). Philistines and innocent bystanders, behold.

Slated as being a penultimate instalment in the prime series, Metroid Prime 3 needs to live up to expectations and judging by this trailer, its well on its way to achieving such a feat. But looks can be deceiving and if it falls short of the mark, there will be thousands of Samus’ devoted followers calling for blood. The chances of such a scenario happening? I don’t think I even need to answer that.
