On Friday Nintendo announced an approximate number on the number of
virtual console games that have been downloaded. Since the service has
been launched in November of 2006, a new selection of games have
been added to the list every Monday in America.
By adding classics like Donkey Kong Country, Ocarina of Time , Starfox and cult classics like Splatterhouse, Nintendo's service has been subject to 4.7 million downloads. That is 1,000 downloads an hour!
On June 4th the 100th title will be released. Its name,The Legend of Zelda: The Adventure of Link.
