Easy Ability Points in FFV SNES

For an easy way to earn ability points go to the basement of Bal Castle in World 2. Once there you will have to battle the Statues in groups of two. The first group has four to face worth 4 ability points each. The second group has five you need to defeat. The second group is worth 8 ability points each However, you will most likely find yourself having difficulty with these stone warriors.

Using a Soft potion will kill them instantly. Just keep stocking up on Soft potions and you will master all those classes that require hundreds of ability points. In other words enter the castle battle the statues beat them and leave. Reenter the same place and keep repeating and you will earn hundreds of ability points.

Brave Sword or Chicken Knife ?

Before venturing into the Cleft of Dimension, return to the Town of Mua.In the southwest, a door that was previously locked is now open. Through the door is a hidden path that will lead you to a man.He will offer to give you a Brave Sword or a Chicken Knife.The Brave Sword will get stronger as you win battles and the Chicken Knife as you run from battles.

Alternate Tycoon Castle Scene In world one when you get the Hiryuu ( Dragon ) you have access to Tycoon Castle. If you go, there's a scene involving Leena and Faris where Leena suspects Faris may be her long lost sister, Sarisa, and Faris denies it.

But, if you wait until after you get the airship it's an entirely different scene involving Leena's childhood.

Hint: Turbo Money

For this cheat you need a controller with automatic turbo. Go Lugor Boarder town and enter the pub. Stand on the stairs that lead up to the stage. Bind X to a turbo function, then either tape X and UP down (or just UP if you have a controller with auto-turbo).

Now you will step on stage, dance, make 100 gp, and the system will keep going this. Go to sleep or outside (or play another game). Your pay should average about 18,000 gp an hour.
