Megaman X Description Mega Man X was released around 1993 by Capcom, The first sub series of the popular Mega Man series , it was made first and foremost as a stepping stone among the NES and SNES incarnations of the original series In Japan, it is titled Rockman.

It was released on the SNES first, and then ported to the PC around 1995. The game was remade in 2006 as Mega Man Maverick Hunter X, for the PSP.
